We charge a flat rate of $12.50 per order for postage over Australia. All items are posted via Australia Post Express.

Free postage for all Australian orders over $200.

Delivery of items is subject to availability, and we cannot accept responsibility or liability for any item it is not able to supply. However, we will offer you a store credit for any item that is unexpectedly delayed.

If you’re not 100% satisfied with the items you purchased, we offer a full refund of the goods purchased, store credit or exchange. Please contact us via the contact page for a returns form.

RETURNS

Change of Mind

• We do not accept change of mind for health, safety, or health/safety baby-related products because we have a legal duty of the Health and Safety of the customers using our products and we are not allowed to be selling products that have been opened/handled/used, etc.

• We only accept change of mind within 14 days after the item is delivered. You as the customer MUST notify us of the COM within these 14 days if not COM can be rejected.

• Please send an email including pictures or videos of the condition of the product received and an explanation of why you would like to return the product and if the item is eligible for return.

• For COM (Change of Mind), the product has to be in its original packaging.

• We will notify as to whether or not we require the product to be returned to us. Please do not return the product to us without prior consultation – credit will not be given in this case.

➢ If we require the product to be returned to us, we will provide a return post label. Postage will not be refunded if you do not use our return label.

➢ If the return label is provided to you, we will refund the total order amount MINUS initial postage, return postage and a restocking fee of 15%.

➢ If the return label is NOT provided to you, we will refund the total order amount MINUS initial postage and a restocking fee of 15%.

➢ If you have changed their mind before the items are received and require the action of RTS (Return to Sender), we will refund the total order amount MINUS initial postage and the restocking fee of 15%.

 

PLEASE NOTE: no exchanges or returns are offered for sale items.

We reserve the right to refuse a returned items if the items do not comply to our returns policy. Refused items will be posted back to you and additional postage will be charged. We accept no responsibility for returns that are sent by non-traceable postage methods and are not received. Unfortunately without the items we cannot issue an exchange or refund. We strongly suggest you send your returns using a traceable method.

 

WARRANTY

• Green Blooms generally offers a 12-month warranty on all products, unless stated otherwise. Some products will be provided with extended warranty for your peace of mind.  Electronics products come with a 3-month warranty.

• For better service and a quicker resolution time, please assist our team by providing the following information for any warranty claims. All claims need to be sent to us via email: sales@greenblooms.com.au . To prevent unnecessary claim delays, please include the following details on the initial claim email:

– Order Number

– Manual with missing parts indicated (if applicable)

– Images/Video clearly showing fault (if applicable)

– Images/Video clearly showing goods in the original packaging (applicable for Change Of Mind)

– Note: All images and videos must be attached to emails at an appropriate size.

We will not be able to make a clear assessment from image thumbnails. Please do not dispose of items before contacting us. We may ask for the return of the items to inspect.

We will not provide refund in cases where goods have been disposed of before submitting a claim to us. We have our own warranty terms.  These are included in your registration. You will need to submit the warranty claims by using our guidelines. Otherwise, we will consider that you have voided our terms and cooperation between us may be ceased. • In the event of a recall, we will advise of the procedure.
